Episense

Episense is a research project I developed in a team of 2. The core idea was a browser extension that could screen YouTube videos for potentially triggering sequences for people with photosensitivities, including epilepsy.

I built a custom video generator that created synthetic data video generator that created potentially triggering videos to spec. Then I developed a deep learning model to flag potentially triggering videos using a mix of synthetic data from the video generator, and training data from another paper.
